New test to help identify prostate cancer in black males hopes to reduce deaths

Researchers at University of East Anglia, Imperial College NHS Healthcare Trust and Oxford Biodynamics are attempting to improve diagnosis and survival rates within black males by developing a genetic blood test to identify those at risk. At present this group are two times more likely to develop prostate cancer than their white counterparts.
