New NICE guideline on thyroid disease: assessment and management

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) have published a new guideline on assessing and managing thyroid disease that aims to improve patients’ quality of life, by making evidence-based recommendations on diagnosis, treatment, long-term care and support. Your Society supports the new guideline and contributed expertise to help develop and refine it.

The supporting evidence, tools and resources, as well as all the stakeholder comments and responses received during consultation are also available to view.
