New EJE online system sees huge increase in downloads

Between October 2004 and October 2005 the European Journal of Endocrinology’s website has seen its number of hits increase more than three-fold. The journal’s impact factor has also reached an all time high of 3.140. This improvement on the already considerable success of EJE online coincides with its move to HighWire Press, who have hosted the website since January 2005. These latest outstanding usage statistics reflect not only the extensive and ever increasing use of EJE by the world’s endocrinologists, but the excellent service provided by HighWire, both of which are sure to continue. http://www.eje-online.org
