As announced last month Professor JA (Hans) Romijn, at the Academic Medical Centre, Amsterdam, Netherlands, has now succeeded Professor Christian Strasburger as Editor-in-Chief for European Journal of Endocrinology.

Professor Romijn is chairman of the Division and the Department of Medicine of the AMC, with a research focus on neuroendocrinology and neuroendocrine regulation of metabolism.

We very much look forward to working with him on EJE, and we thank Professor Strasburger for his outstanding editorship of the journal.
