Neuroendocrine Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Oxford

Via www.jobs.nhs.uk. Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust are seeking a Neuroendocrine – Cancer Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 7) to work 30 hours/week on a fixed-term contract, for 2 years in the first instance.

Based at the Oxford Department of Endocrinology and the Cancer and Haematology Centre at the Churchill Hospital you will be expected to promote a high quality service that provides specialist care, support and management to individuals, their families and carers through all stages of disease including survivorship. The service delivers evidence based care that is sensitive to the physical, emotional, psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients while maintaining their privacy, respect and dignity. You will work closely with other members of the specialist multidisciplinary team, providing a service across care boundaries including endocrinology, surgery, oncology, and palliative care within the locality and the network.
