National Training Course in Thyroid Ultrasound and FNAC for Clinicians

The National Training Course in Thyroid Ultrasound and FNAC for Clinicians will take place on 5 December 2013 in London.

This popular one-day course is an essential part of the national training scheme for certification in the use of ultrasound in the management of thyroid diseases by non-radiologists. The curriculum for training and certification for neck ultrasound by non-radiologists has been drawn up jointly by the British Thyroid Association and the Royal College of Radiologists. The programme is supported by the Society for Endocrinology and approved by the Royal College of Physicians from whom CPD has been approved. The training programme is appropriate for established clinicians who manage thyroid diseases and thyroid cancer and SpRs.
