09 May 2013

Added via EURAXESS. Marie Curie Actions are offering 13 early stage researcher positions to researchers in their first 4 years (full-time equivalent) of their research career, including the period of research training. This 36 month training program covers multiple-scale models, measurement and image analysis to develop more accurate models, more sophisticated measurement techniques and new insights into the relationship of the vasculature and disease.

The REVAMMAD project will train a new generation of scientists able to effectively translate the latest vascular modelling theory and computerised image analysis techniques into effective interventions for some of the most important chronic medic conditions afflicting the EU, including hypertension and diabetes.

These ESR positions are distributed amongst several European Institutions across 10 European partners and will be distributed amongst four work packages: WP1: Retinal vascular modelling; WP2: Retinal vascular measurement; WP3: Clinical Projects; and, WP4: Data warehouse.

To apply, please send a cover letter explaining why you are interested in the network, along with a copy of your current cv to [email protected] Deadline for applications is 30 May 2013.
