Locum Consultant Upper GI/Bariatric Surgeon, Taunton

Via www.jobs.nhs.uk. Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton is seeking a locum 3rd Upper GI/Bariatric Surgeon to start from the beginning of September for 6 months.

Applicants will be expected to have extensive clinical experience in upper GI surgery and have demonstrated an ability to perform bariatric surgery. The appointee will take part in the general surgical on-call rota (there is a separate vascular rota) and will join a general surgical department which comprises four colorectal surgeons, two upper GI surgeons, three breast/oncoplastic surgeons, three vascular surgeons and an emergency surgeon.
