Learn how to work with the news media (1)

The Science Media Centre (SMC) are hosting a free Introduction to the News Media Event at the Wellcome Trust in London on the 24 October from 1 – 5 pm.

Are you interested in how the media works or frustrated by what you read and see in the news?  Come to this event to learn more about how the media works and you can help journalists report more responsibly on your subject.

The event is aimed at scientists with little or no media experience, from any institution (PhD level or professional equivalent and above; senior scientists very welcome).
