Launch of new Society for Endocrinology Student Ambassador scheme!

24 Apr 2015

·         Passionate about endocrinology?

·         Looking to make an impact on your future profession?

·         Willing to get involved?

If so, why not take your place today as a Society for Endocrinology Student Ambassador?

As an Ambassador you will get involved in many different ways including, but not limited to:

  • Acting as a voice of the student community, attending focus groups and advising on our Student Member policy and activities at the Society
  • Providing thought pieces for the NEW Student Ambassadors' area of the website and our magazine The Endocrinologist
  • Promoting the work of the Society within your institution to fellow students
  • Setting up and hosting an Endocrine Club from your institution – alternatively, if you are already part of a local Endocrine Club or Society, we will help you connect with endocrine clubs at different institutions.

You will also be recognised for your involvement with a certificate and inclusion on the Ambassador list on the Society website, perfect for boosting your CV!

Only a limited number of students (2-3) will be chosen to represent each university/institution, with a balance of scientist and clinician representation being achieved where possible.

If this sounds like the place for you, get in touch today using the following application form (MS Word) to register your interest. Please return completed forms to [email protected].

Applications are now being accepted for the 2015/16 academic year, submit your interest today!
