Late breaking abstract criteria:

• The work is novel, of major significance, evidence-based, and has scientific merit.
• The work was not complete and could not have been submitted at the time of the regular abstract deadline on Wednesday 12 March 2014.
• The abstract contains work that is original and has not been previously published nor has been submitted to, presented at, or is under consideration for any other scientific meeting.
