James M Tanner Award – 2023 nominations now open

Nominations are now being welcomed for the 2023 BSPED James M Tanner Award, which recognises an outstanding overall contribution to the field of paediatric endocrinology and diabetes. Nominations are encouraged from BSPED members who would like to highlight the work, leadership and inspiration of a colleague. More information can be found on the BSPED website here and the deadline for nominations is 28 February 2023.

The award will be presented at the 50^th Annual Meeting of the BSPED in Manchester, 8-10 November 2023.

The 2022 award was presented to Professor Martin Savage, who gave an honorary lecture at the 49^th BSPED Annual Meeting on 3 November 2022.
