Industry and academic actors from chemistry world agree on new bioactive molecule standard (CORDIS News, 1 September 2011)

A paper published in Nature Review Drug Discovery describes a new standard for describing the effect of a compound on a biological entity. The Minimum Information About a Bioactive Entity (MIABE) standard is anticipated to greatly increase the amount of standardised data on small molecules in the public domain.
