Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over seven years.
As part of the 'Personalising health and care' funding stream, applications are invited to conduct effectiveness research in children and adolescents which is targeted, designed, conducted, and reported in ways that describe clinically important differences in the type and course of disease in children.
Proposals requesting between €4 and €6 million will be most welcome, although proposals requesting other amounts will be considered. The deadline for the initial (stage 1) submission is 17:00 (Brussels local time), 14 October 2014. For more information, please visit the Horizon 2020 website.
