Happy 10th birthday AMEND!

The Association for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Disorders (AMEND) celebrates its 10th birthday in 2012, and are putting on a number of events and activities throughout the year to celebrate:

Annual Information Day, Saturday 19th May 2012, Warwickshire. Speakers include Professor Raj Thakker (Oxford), Robert F Gagel MD (Texas) and Mr Barney Harrison (Sheffield). This event is free and open to all – register by 27th April.

Black & Gold Charity Ball, Saturday 19th May 2012, Warwickshire. AMEND’s first such event to raise money for a new Research Fund. Tickets are £40pp for a 3-course dinner and entertainment until 01:00 - register by 27th April.

Charity Golf Tournament, Sunday 20th May 2012, Warwickshire. £25pp (£5 donation to AMEND’s Research Fund) - register by 27th April.

Nike+ British 10k London Run, Sunday 8th July 2012. Minimum fundraising target £150, free Tshirt or cap, event photo and chip-timing.

100km Sahara Trek, 3-12 November 2012. Maniac Endocrine Nomads needed to help raise money for AMEND’s Research Fund - register by 27th April.
