There is a vacancy for an ESPE tutor to visit the Paediatric Endocrine Training Centres for Africa (PETCA) in Nairobi for 2 weeks in January 2012 to support the trainees through a combination of didactic training tutorials and supervision of clinical training in 3 hospital outpatient departments in Nairobi.

The programme and ESPE will cover second class airfare to Nairobi and a modest honorarium and secure accomodation is provided on the hospital campus where the training faciity is based. This represents a fantastic oportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to this important initiative to support the training and development of services for children with endocrine disorders in sub-Saharan Africa.
