The Research Fellowship is awarded to young paediatricians or scientists who want to follow a scientific career in paediatric endocrinology, in order to finance and support them during their research training for a period of up to two years. Research Fellowships are made possible by the generous support of Novo Nordisk A/S, Denmark.
The ESPE Research Fellowship Programme comprises: two long-term Research Fellowships, available for two years of research training in a centre of excellence (preferably in another country) for those who are trained in paediatrics and those intending to pursue a career in paediatric endocrinology. There is also one short-term fellowship for two to six months of research training in a centre of excellence. Candidates for the short-term fellowship may apply for the funding of a research project in his or her home institution.
