ESPE Andrea Prader Committee vacancy – deadline 31 May 2015

The Andrea Prader Committee is looking for someone to join the committee. This vacancy is open to all ESPE members, but there is a strong preference for this particular position to be filled by an adult endocrinologist to provide a different perspective when reviewing nominations. For this reason, the vacancy is also open to non-ESPE members and, as such, please feel free to forward this advert to any suitable candidates.

Every year ESPE is proud to present to members 6 important and prestigious awards, kindly supported by Pfizer, in recognition of their teaching, research and contribution to paediatric endocrinology. The main role of the committee is to review and assess nominations and award the following ESPE awards:

Andrea Prader prize

ESPE Outstanding Clinician Award

ESPE Research Award

ESPE Young Investigator Awards

ESPE International Award

ESPE International Outstanding Clinician Award

The committee meets in March each year by teleconference to discuss the awards for that year, which are presented during the ESPE annual meeting in September.
