ECRIN Integrating Activities call

The European Clinical Research Infrastructures Network (ECRIN) has put out an integrating activities call for supporting multinational extension of clinical trials on rare diseases, medical devices, and nutrition.

Funding for investigator-driven clinical research projects is available at the national level, but usually not for multinational studies in Europe. This call aims at facilitating the conduction of multinational trials, making Europe a single area for clinical research.

This call follows a two-step procedure. In the first step applicants are required to provide a brief letter of intent. For studies admitted to the second step applicants are required to provide a full study protocol. The deadline for initial proposals is 15 December 2012.
