Via www.naturejobs.com. Diabetes UK seeks applications for research PhD studentships established in order to allow able students to undertake training in diabetes research. Studentships must be held in a UK Higher Education Institute and fees will be paid at the home rate.

Applications for studentships, beginning October 2013, are invited from prospective supervisors who are resident and working in the UK and are based in basic science or clinical departments. We will not accept applications directly from potential students. Decisions will be made in early 2013. For current stipend rates please refer to Diabetes UK’s website.
