Diabetes Nurse Specialist - Cambridge

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust are looking to recruit a Diabetes Nurse Specialist to have a key role in developing and delivering effective diabetes management for patients in primary and secondary care based services.

The successful applicant will join as a team lead for the foot clinic and outpatients, working closely with the lead podiatrist, and work in the community as a diabetes facilitator with the existing community team.
