COVID-19 vaccination associated with risk of thyroid associated eye disease

Research published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism has suggested that the risk of developing thyroid associated eye disease is increased by 3.2% within 28 days of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine dose. The risk among adults aged below 50 was increased by fourfold than those aged above 50 years.
