Consultant endocrinologist, Taunton

Via www.jobs.nhs.uk. Applications are invited for an enthusiastic dedicated colleague to join five other endocrinologists at Musgrove Park District General Hospital, Taunton, Somerset. The successful candidate will be expected to take on outpatient work across the range of services offered by the department (diabetes, endocrinology and obesity management). There are opportunities to develop specialist services depending on the specialist interests of the successful candidate, but in particular we are looking for someone to lead on the development of a multidisciplinary foot service. They will also be expected to participate in the running of inpatient services and to contribute to the acute medicine rota. There are also opportunities to continue and develop research interests or a teaching portfolio.
