Congratulations to Sue Thorn

Congratulations to Honorary Member Sue Thorn on being awarded the President's Medal of the Royal Society of Biology (RSB) for meritorious service to that society.

Sue was the Society for Endocrinology Chief Executive for 19 years and went on to work with the Royal Society of Biology in a voluntary capacity.  She helped to set up the RSB and then to revitalise its membership magazine and journal, chair its Membership, Marketing and Communications Committee for four years and is now chairing its Research Dissemination Committee.
