We are delighted to announce that the Society received 87 entrants for the Undergraduate Essay Prize competition in 2012. Congratulations go to Shreena Chavda (De Montfort University, Leicester) who was awarded the top prize of £1000 for her essay entitled: 'Gut hormones - a ‘cure' for obesity'. The winning essay will be published in The Endocrinologist. The Society also awarded a number of runner-up and highly commended prizes. Further details will be available shortly at the link below.
