The Alzheimer’s Research Trust (ART) is the UK’s leading research charity for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Following its recent growth, ART are seeking a full-time Community Fundraising Manager to develop and implement a community fundraising strategy. This is an exciting new post, established as part of a strategic decision to accelerate our overall progress.

This is senior level position, reporting to the Director of Development. The aim of the post is to maximise ART income, locally and across the UK, from sporting and non-sporting fundraising activities by volunteers and Champions (our long term special supporters who give talks, do media work, etc) by developing, designing and implementing a fundraising strategy, working with regional ART community fundraisers. The Community Fundraising Manager’s role is to ensure ART exploits fully the potential in this area of fundraising in order to raise funds and increase participation by supporters.
