Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist
Salary: £38,035 to £48,256 inc. HCAS per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent. 
Full time/ part time / hours negotiable

Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust currently host the largest adult Gender Identity service in the UK (in Europe) which cares for over 6000 patients from 18 to end of life. 

The Clinical Nurse Specialist and Specialist Nurse together will play a vital role together with our Consultant Endocrinologist in monitoring and managing the physical and endocrine needs of the caseload of patients under the care of the Gender Identity Clinic. This work is pivotal in ensuring that hormone regimes are managed effectively and ensuring that physical health needs of patients are carefully managed. 

No previous gender experience is required.
