Added via www.jobs.ac.uk. The University of Sheffield seeks to appoint a clinical lecturer in paediatrics and child health. The post is primarily focused on research, and is thus for “out of programme experience”.  The main interests of the Academic Unit of Child Health lie in Bone and Endocrinology; there are also strong research interests within the Children’s Hospital in respiratory disease, gastroenterology, neuroscience, radiology and haematology/oncology.

This post would be ideally suited to an individual who has completed an externally funded Fellowship leading to an MD/PhD and is seeking a period of continued research, teaching and clinical activity as a basis for an academic career.
