Experimental biology is the study of the form and function of animals and plants at all levels of organisation from the molecular and cellular to the whole organism. It therefore encompasses a wide variety of life sciences and directly contributes to developments in agriculture and medical sciences.

As the CEO, the successful applicant will provide clear leadership and direction to the Society's staff, supporting the Council to deliver strong governance, and raising the charity's profile and influence.
