Call for self nominations for two positions of ESPE Council Members

Applications are requested for two available positions of ESPE Council Members. The vacancies have arisen as a result of the completion in 2013 of the first terms of office of Gary Butler (Chair of the CPC) and Jan Lebl (Chair of the ETC).

The positions available will be:

Chair of the Clinical Practice Committee (CPC), taking effect after the 9th Joint Meeting of Paediatric Endocrinology in Milan, 19-22 September 2013.

Chair of the Education and Training Committee (ETC), taking effect after the 9th Joint Meeting of Paediatric Endocrinology in Milan, 19-22 September 2013.

In accordance with ESPE’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, the existing Council members are eligible to stand for a second term of office.

Details of Application

Applicants should send their CV including photo, together with a covering letter containing 1-2 paragraphs supporting their suitability for the position. All these documents must be submitted electronically to the ESPE Office ([email protected]) by 8 March 2013. Applications received after that date will be rejected.

Applications will be assessed by the current Council during the Council Meeting from 15-16 March 2013 and the applicants will be informed by 31 March 2013 if their candidacy will proceed for formal election.
