British Thyroid Foundation Antithyroid Drug Survey

03 Sept 2012

The British Thyroid Foundation would like to invite patients currently taking antithyroid drugs for an overactive thyroid (carbimazole, propylthiouracil or methimazole), or those who have recently completed a course of these tablets, to take part in this survey. The purpose of the survey is to find out about awareness of side-effects of these drugs. The survey will take only a few minutes to complete. This project is initiated by members of the British Thyroid Foundation and is not sponsored or associated with the pharmaceutical industry. The results will be posted on the BTF website. The survey will be open until 31 October 2012.
