Breast Cancer Campaign - Project grants

14 Apr 2008

Breast Cancer Campaign project grants are available to scientists who have gained their PhD but are yet to secure long-term funding or tenure. Applicants must have conducted independent research in the field of breast cancer and wish to build on their history and reputation in this area, deepening their knowledge and experience. The funding is awarded for a clear research proposal of relevance to breast cancer and is expected to lead to a significant advance of understanding of prevention, detection, treatment or biology of breast cancer. These awards should expand the levels of knowledge and expertise in breast cancer research in the UK. Project grants rarely exceed £65,000 per annum. The next grant application deadline is 4 July 2008. For more information, please click on the link below.
