Become a leading voice in ESPE: vacancies on two new Committees

ESPE are delighted to announce that 2 new Council committees, the Scientific Committee and Communications Committee, were approved during the Annual Business Meeting in Milan, September 2013. Reporting directly to Council, the new committees will include a Committee Chair and 2 members; the remit for each committee is detailed below:

Scientific Committee:

The Scientific Committee will incorporate the responsibilities of the present Research Unit Advisory Panel, as well as handling enquiries related to scientific matters including: requests for scientific collaboration; scientific networking; ESPE support of projects, ESPE lobbying and ESPE funding.

ESPE would like to invite applications for the following:

1x vacant position as Scientific Committee Chair

Please note that the vacant positions for 2 Scientific Committee members will be announced when the Chair is in post.

Communications Committee:

The Communications Committee will be responsible for the development of an ESPE communication strategy across all communications to further engagement both internally with current ESPE members and externally with the wider community. Both the Newsletter and Website Editorial Board Committees will report to the Communications Committee.

Professor George Chrousos has been appointed as Communications Committee Chair and ESPE would like to invite applications for the following:

2x vacant positions as Communications Committee members

Each appointment will be for 3 years and will start in February 2014. The deadline for applications is Friday 3 January 2014.
