The autumn edition of the Society’s quarterly magazine The Endocrinologist is now available to read online for free.
In this edition, we focus on the importance of public engagement in all its different forms, from TV and media engagement to patient involvement in research and even science–art collaborations! We hear from members of our Public Engagement Committee on new initiatives that we are rolling out to support members’ in science communication activities. Focusing on careers, we also take a look at new schemes to widen access to undergraduate medicine courses and how Society grants can be used to engage students with endocrinology once there. Additionally, we cover all the latest news from the Society, including an update from our Reproductive Endocrinology & Biology Endocrine Network on their activities and plans for the future.
All this, plus the latest on the Society’s activities to benefit our members and endocrinology. You can browse this latest issue, and all previous issues, online for free at the website of The Endocrinologist.
