The Standing up for Science workshop will be held for the first time in Norwich this year. The workshop is open to early career researchers (PhD students, post-doctoral fellows or equivalents) across all STEM and social science fields and is free to attend.
It combines discussion around misrepresentation of science in the media and how evidence influences policy with practical tips and tricks on how you can start standing up for science.
Applications to attend are open until 17:00 on Wednesday, 17th April, see the website for more details and to apply.
If you have any questions, please email them to Dr Hamid Khan ([email protected]).
