Academic track lecturers – University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, UK

The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint four new lecturers to support teaching and research in the School of Biomedical Sciences. Post-holders will be expected to develop, deliver and assess undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Of a particular need is expertise in pharmacology, endocrinology and physiology as applied to cardiovascular, respiratory, renal and gastrointestinal systems.

These posts are for five years, subject to a review at the end of year three. It is intended that the post-holder will then move to a standard University academic open-ended contract at the end of year five.
