On September 17 and 18, a community of people from all over the world will gather just outside of Milan, Italy, in Segrate at the NH Milano 2 Hotel, to share information and learn together about the rare condition, congenital hyperinsulinism. At the Congenital Hyperinsulinism International (CHI) Family Conference families who have children with the condition will be attending and will have the opportunity to learn more about the condition from leading endocrinologists and other medical experts who specialize in this condition. Families will also meet and network with other families who share the same rare condition. Physicians and other medical experts also have the chance to learn more about what it is like to live with this condition as well as having an opportunity to meet with and learn from international colleagues.
