2018 Clinical Excellence Awards

The Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards opened its national awards round on 13th February, with a closing date of 5.00pm on Thursday 12th April. 
 
The BSPED will be able to submit a limited number of citations in support of applicants from our members for New Bronze, Silver and Gold level Awards. In 2017, we were only able to submit applications for 2 bronze, 2 silver and 1 gold award. Three of the applications we supported were successful, one bronze and two silvers, which is better than 2016.

If you are planning to apply for a new national award, or renew an existing national award, and would like a citation from the BSPED, please mail your completed application form to me ([email protected]), cc’ing Assunta Albanese ([email protected]), together with a 250 word summary of why BSPED should support your application. This will help our BSPED panel to write your citation. 
 
Please mail this to me by Friday 16th March. This will allow me to circulate to a panel of members for scoring and ranking. 
 
Finally, if anyone is interested in joining the panel to score these, please let me know.
