2015 ESPE Awards – deadline 10 December 2014

Every year ESPE is proud to present to its members and international colleagues six important and prestigious awards, kindly supported by Pfizer, in recognition of their teaching, research and contribution to paediatric endocrinology.

Andrea Prader Prize - the most prestigious senior ESPE award, created to honour lifetime achievement in teaching and research and to recognise outstanding leadership and overall contribution to the field of paediatric endocrinology.

Outstanding Clinician Award - recognises outstanding clinical contribution to the practice of clinical paediatric endocrinology.

Research Award - presented in recognition of research achievements of outstanding quality in the fields of basic endocrine science or clinical paediatric endocrinology.

Young Investigator Awards - conferred to two young paediatricians, not older than 40 years of age by the end of the year in which the award is given, in recognition of their scientific publications.

International Award - awarded to an outstanding paediatric endocrinologist from a country outside Europe and the Mediterranean basin.

International Outstanding Clinician Award - a brand new initiative for 2015! Awarded to recognise outstanding clinical contribution to the practice of clinical paediatric endocrinology from a country outside Europe and the Mediterranean basin.

All ESPE members can nominate candidates for these awards each year. In order to allow sufficient time for the evaluation of all candidates, the deadline for nomination for all ESPE awards is 10 December 2014 and we look forward to receiving your nominations.
