Benign adrenal tumours are strong risk factors for high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes

Research published in the Annals of Internal Medicine shows that benign adrenal tumours are much more likely to cause mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS) than previously recognised, and are a strong risk factor for high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
